How I can move all my apps and picture to my SD card

Solution
That's Android Lollipop, famous for being the flavour that makes it really difficult to make proper use of an SdCard.

I can be done but it requires rooting the phone and that comes with possibilities of wrecking it completely at worst, breaking your contract with your service provider and invalidating your Warranty.

That's the doom laden advice over. It might be possible to upgrade to Marshmallow, the newest version (as I write) and here's a write-up on that process. http://gadgetguideonline.com/android/android-marshmallow-guide/how-to-get-android-marshmallow-6-0-update-for-your-device/

If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, maybe the store where you bought it might be friendly enough to do it for you.
