You can't track a phone that way. You can track it if you had an app on it for that or other service that tracks. You can contact your carrier/service provider and see if they can tell you where it may have been last used.

I would also get them to turn off the service, so no one does anything with the phone. And also make sure you change all passwords and other needed info for ANY account you accessed through phone before the people who have the device can access your accounts.
