Solved! How i move all my ad info to phone?

How can I move everything off as card to phones internal memory so u can reboot my ad card

Much better idea to copy the files to a computer than to internal memory. By "reboot" I take it you actually mean format correct?

If there are apps on the SD card, unless they were originally installed on the phone, and then moved to the card, there is no way to put them on the phone. Not if they were installed directly to the card.
