How is ASUS now, and how is ZenBook UX3430UQ

In the past ASUS had a lot of poor comments about that customer service and product durability. How is ASUS now (from 2015~)?

Furthermore, with people who brought ZenBook UX3430UQ (i believe it is also called UX430UQ?), can you please share your experience?

When has ASUS had poor reliability? It has been in the top few brands for reliability for years. Are you maybe confusing it with Acer?

Like hang-the-9 said, Asus has been fairly consistent in overall product reliability. Customer service? Hard to say. I imagine it's comparable to most major OEMs.

Computers are a bit like cars in that some models/years prove better than others, so you will always come across mixed feedback/reviews.
