How much is this dell xps 12 worth?

I'm getting into gaming and this laptop is too slow for the games i want to play such as battlefield 4, but runs fine for simple games such as minecraft. I also have no need for a convertable laptop because i never use tablets. It's about 3 years old, dusted out yearly and is in perfect working condition. there are some small cosmetic damages but nothing important. It was worth $1,500 when I bought it if that matters.

Probably not much. The newer model with a 4th generation i7-4510u seems to sell for around $500 used to $600 refurbished with a 256GB SSD on ebay. There does not seem to be any listing for Dell XPS 12 using 3rd gen Intel CPUs.

would it be worth it to upgrade the ssd and wireless card and then sell it or would i loose money by doing that?

Its not going to be that much. I would say around £350 - 400.
