how much powerful is this laptop ?

hi, i have an asus k551LN - XX199H i use it for work with adobe photoshop, after effects, 3dmax and games like witcher 3 and gta v - i want to know how many years can i play latest game with it ? i overclocked my graphic card ( +80 core speed - +180 memory speed - heat = 70'c for vga and about 75'C - 80'C for cpu ) is this overclocking hurt my laptop ? how to overclock it right without hurting laptop ?

The GeForce 840M is not a very powerful graphics card. I expect it to play contemporary games for 1 or 2 more years, but by this point you will be experiencing low framerates and very low settings. You will still play older games and non-AAA games very well, though, throughout the lifespan of the laptop. The overclock you are currently performing still seems to keep the GPU within save temperatures, but laptops do not respond very well to overclocking due to vastly limited cooling capabilities compared to desktops. I would advise watching out for that CPU temperature as well.
