How repair corrupted picture files

Hello my name is Chris and this is my problem. I have a Nokia phone and my daughter has used it to take lots of photos. After transfer them from the memory card to my laptop i find i can't open them as they are corrupted. Is there a solution to my problem please get back to me at REDACTED - SS. Can you still see them in tact on the phone?
If so them try to transfer them via usb cable or something..

Edit out your email address unless you want to be spammed. By transferring did you email them to the laptop or insert the memory card into the laptop? I also agree to using a cable to transfer.

Also, what data format are the pics?
