How to activate live cam in samsung notebook

hi am using samsung notebook but how can i turn on the livecam?

the webcam? there's probably a key combination that enables/disables the webcam.

refer to your user manual or look for came icon on one of the F# keys, to use that function you need to press Fn + F# key that has the camera icon on it.

Click start and look for the Camera Utility. That will enable your camera, your camera will turn off when you close the program.
