How to activate office 2013?

I have a laptop with Windows 8.1 and also have already installed office 2013 but I can't use it because it not activated. When I try to activate I see this problem.

This product could not be activated because the product key can only be activated in certain geographic region.
Can you help me to get out of this problem?

It's not a valid license for the region you live in.

Microsoft sell region locked versions of it's office products, due to different regulations, have you tried the activation wizard?

Look at the last entry, you may end up ringing Microsoft to activate, but it should be free call.

You've apparently obtained an Office license that is not applicable in your area.
How to fix? Obtain an Office license that is applicable to your geographical region. This will mean spending money.
