How to arrange pictures and text as polygons shapes (picture included) using a software program?

I'm trying to make a brief presentation of some projects. The idea is that I do not know how I can arrange the photos and the text in the way they are placed in the attached picture.

If you have any recommendation for a program that would facilitate this, I would appreciate much. To be honest, I would not want to crop 30 pictures to achieve that specification arrangment of pictures. Probably I would need like a full day just for this.

Do you know the source of the "attached picture"?

PowerPoint perhaps?

And yes, it does take time and effort to create any sort of presentation. Focus on the information and message you wish to convey.

All too many presenters let the graphics, special effects, etc., etc.. get in the way of the intended message.
