How to break the password of bios ibm t23

hi, how are you? I just wanna know how to break the password of bios on my laptop, because I have forgotten it, please help me....

and since its an ibm the bios password is severely hard to bypass anyway

You really should contact IBM. There may be a rest terminal that you can touch with a bit of wire. Just hope you did not bios password the hard drive. Because that is just plain impossible with out sending it to IBM or Lenovo for service.
