How to change a esn

Hello, can i completely change a esn number on a htc evo with sprint to clean and ready to activate esn with sprint

I don't believe so, as only the cell carrier can do that.

The question you've asked cannot be answered in such a Forum. Believe me, it is possible to do, and, it is HIGHLY Illegal almost everywhere in the world......
The only thing that you will need for it, is going to be the phone, the software and a place that has no cell network coverage or a lead box....
That's more than I should be saying.....
But if you're a cell service provider, then it's not Illegal, it's called recovering your losses.....
