How to Change chat default location for android apps

how to change any app GPS location to a different location for social networking purposes ?
..Most chat apps help u to connect NEARBY, but practically business gets generated when two different cities start exchanging messages based on their interests
..Further most apps don't give option to change your default GPS location
..Need advice on launching apps with variable environment I. E default GPS location

You need app that don't use gps location but with location entry.
