how to change laptop resolution to 480

I have a dell inspiron 5558 and I need to change my display to 480p because i am connecting my laptop to a old crt how do i do that?

Go to Advanced settings in your Screen Resolution options, in the Adapter tab you should see a "List All Modes" button.
