How to change vibrate to ring on Samsung flip phone

My flip phone will only vibrate instead of ring, even though I have gone into the menu and set the ring option in the Sounds Settings.

I think it only cuts in when you choose a ringtone. Try Settings>My Device>Sound>Ringtones.
