How to confcgured bios for on board sound card

I had to reinstall windows and now I don't have no sound,they say to confcgured bios ,how do you do this

You need to install the audio drivers for you're sound device.
As for the BIOS, just make sure that "Onboard Audio" is enabled (or set to AUTO, depening on mobo).
