How to connect a 5.1ch speaker to a laptop

I have an Edifier DA5000 Pro 5.1ch speaker. I would like to connect that speaker to my laptop. But the speaker has 3 cables, whereas my laptop only has 1 port for audio output.
This is what the back of the woofer looks like

So can someone suggest me something?

you'll be using stereo in, 3.5mm jack to stereo phono cable.

Nope, actually that is the solution, you have 2.0 output on the laptop, that's it, so you need something that will get you 5.1 out, like a usb soundcard or a new laptop.

I'd suggest you lose the attitude as well.

Nevertheless, the guy above you said something about soundcards. What are they called? I've used soundcards on my pc before. Never heard about a soundcard for a laptop

like I said above a usb soundcard (just like the words say). But there may be issues with them.
