i already have an free account on itunes and its already installed but how to transfer itunes aaps from the computer to the phone !

You just have to turn on sync settings for apps for your iphone when its connected. Apps should be downloaded in iTunes so they can sync over.

If the device is showing the "Connect to iTunes" screen it is in recovery mode. There is no user data on the device at that point, therefore nothing to backup/salvage/recover.

For what reason was an update attempted without first ensuring that all the personal data on the device was backed up?
