How to connect my iPhone to computer

I am trying to connect my iPhone to a new computer but it won't pick up that a phone is connected, how to I connect this? I think it's showing that no device has been installed.

It's most likely your USB drivers are corrupt. You might want to try running a system restore to the last time your OS worked.

Make sure your USB drivers are up to date and that your USB ports work. Try plugging another device in to make sure it is.
