Solved! How to connect my tv samsung h4200(doesnt have hdmi arc,just regular hdmi) to my philips home theatre?

So your TV HDMI can't output audio, so that's what u gotta figure out, WHAT AUDIO OUTPUT does it have then? Generally speaking your next better option is Digital Audio Out, whether Optical or copper (allowing surround), failing that you are looking for any Analog Audio Out, most likely in the form of a Headphone_out jack (allowing stereo only, but better than no sound).

Tv just have 2 hdmi input, 1 connect with my chromecast.. and the another 1 with my set box.

The tv have aux in port, ( red white cable).. but still no sound..

aux in will not work since that is in INPUT, you need to see what OUTPUTS the TV has.
