How to connect Old RCA output TV to HDMI ARC input Home theatre?

How can I connect a old TV having RCA output to Sony HT RT3 Home theatre; My home theatre have no option to connect a RCA cable for audio!!! On other hand my TV doesn't have HDMI ARC output!!!
Can RCA to HDMI converter cable work in this situation??

If your TV has analog audio output then you would connect that to the aux input of the Sony. You just need a cable like this one.
