How to connect Philips sound bar and woofer to Panasonic led tv

I have a problem in connecting philips sound bar and woofer to my Panasonic led tv.,while connecting radio the woofer and sound system works and while connecting to TV it doesn't work.please help to solve my problem.

how are you trying to connect it. optical? rca?
