How to connect to internet using wifi from mobile phone

There must be a WiFi network within range (I don't know... maybe up to 100 feet?). The longer the range the weaker the signal. Range depends on environment meaning trees, glass windows brick walls, etc... all of which can lower the range of a WiFi router.

Of course if the WiFi network is protected, then you can't access unless you are granted access by the owner.
