Do you have a manual for the phone?
Normally there will be a browser in the phone, does it work?

if your are talking about connecting mobile to pc for internet , then install nokia ovi suite on your pc & connect the mobile via usb or bluetooth..then get your mobile service provider for settings etc..
if using internet on mobile itself mean then call your mobile service provider for activating it.
