My computer can't find the Bluetooth device under the category 'Devices and Printers' in the Windows Start button

What make and model do you have? Is it possible that it doesn't have a built-in Bluetooth and that you will need an adapter?

Without bluetooth you don't. The only input method that bluetooth speaker supports is bluetooth. USB bluetooth adapters are cheap~$10-$15.

I meant what make and model of computer? I suspect that the computer doesn't have bluetooth built in.
