How to Control Philips Hue Lights from my Windows 10 Laptop?

Hey everyone,

I just managed to install my new Philips Hue Lights all over the house. I know they have an app for the phone, but I was wondering if I could control them remotely with my Windows Laptop? I have a Dell XPS 13 Model. Thanks.
