How to convert a phono input to aux input

I have an old Yahama amp and recently bought a new Pioneer Turntable. The turntable has preamplifier (which I didn’t realise) and therefore needs to be connected to the Aux port on the Amp and not the Phono port. Trouble is, I want to use the Aux port for something else. Is there anything out there that will convert my Phono port to an Aux port?

It doesn't have to be "Aux" it could be a tape input port or CD or pretty much any input port except Phono. Some turntables have the option to disable the built-in phono preamp. You could also check that.

Thanks guys. Took your advice kanewolf and have used the tape output ports and, believe it not, the turntable works great through that.:)
