how to correct my keybord letters

my letter y when i touch it bring letter z and the letter z bring y

Is it in the wrong spot?

Top row should be
QWERTYUIOP

If it looks like
QWERTZUIOP
Then someone has just swapped their locations.

Check your regional settings in the OS you're using. Z/Y swap is on eg German keyboard layouts, but there are also a lot of other keys being remapped.
It could be also a prank, with custom keyboard layout (Microsoft do provide a tool for that).
