How to delete a folder from an TrustedInstaller? Win 8.1

I've been downloading stuff and from one of those things I've gotten a virus. After serching through my whole program files I found a folder which isn't like any other.(called "regid.1991-06.com.microsoft")
I tried several methods to delete it but none of them worked. Even trying to delete it with CMD didn't work.
If anybody has a solution or a tip to help me, you are welcome.

You can't delete things owned by trustedinstaller nor is it at all a good idea to think about taking control of the files either as that will break windows.

what did you use to clean the virus? what anti virus tools did you use?
