How to delete all data in a laptop

Hello guys I have an old laptop and I would like to sell it as I'm saving up for a PC. Do you know how to delete all data from the laptop and possibly the users so I can sell it?

My laptop: Acer Aspire 5738z
OS: Windows vista

Wipe, and reinstall the OS.
Include an install DVD and the license key for the new owner.

The data on the C drive can be deleted by simply re-installing the operating system.

If you have a partition for a D drive, then simply format the D drive.
