Same way you delete other apps... You could also disable them, if they're system apps and can't be deleted.

Or root it and use something like Titanium Backup to wipe them.

the disable option cannot be used,as all chiniese application r not getiing deleted also after rooting it,i selcted the force stop option,but it is not removing from the screen,and on the serch engine also it is in chinese language,i want to put google serch enjine over der,it would b great full of u if u can help me in detail. thanks

Go to XDA-developers and find a custom ROM, or a way to root it.

Install Google's apps from the Play store (or if that's not on it, google 'installing google apps via ADB').

there is option to root it,i did tat,but still chiniese application were not deleted,the chiniese apps have disavle option but that cannot be used,as it locked i think, and force stop is other option but that dosent remove the applicatin.

ROOT IT. We can't do anything until then, and you haven't even told us the model number to find you a guide.

No, I don't know anyone in India. It's a pretty large place, and even if I did know someone the chances of them being near you and willing to help is pretty much zilch.

i have writen in my first messege only note 2 clone,its samsung galaxy note 2 clone from china.its the copy of samsung galaxy note 2...the chiniese version.i rooted it then also,some of the chiniese appliction r der,they r not getting deleted, thats the only problem.wen i go to manage ur application in that also its not getting deleted.

That doesn't tell me the model number. There are many note 2 clones, of varying degrees of accuracy, from various places.

Install Titanium Backup and delete them from there.
