Question How To Delete, or Bypass LightSpeed Systems Program on a Dell Laptop

My school has given me a dell laptop with Lightspeed Systems preinstalled I've had it for around 2 years and it stops me from accessing important websites like forums, articles, and many more that don't allow me to complete work to my fullest, I cant download google extensions and now I cant even watch YouTube properly. Its been pissing me off and I would like to know if there's anyway I can download an app, or import one to bypass the program because I cant delete it or mess with its privilege's without an admin user and password any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
