How to disable the keyboard of the laptop?

Hi guys !
I would like to ask about how to completely disable the laptop keyboard ! Mine has broken and I want to disable it to plug in another external keyboard to use !
I tried delete the driver of the laptop keyboard in the Device Manager but it didn't work !

What kind of laptop is it? Most laptops the keyboard will pop out of them with little effort and you can just unplug the ribbon cable to it.

I am using a Asus K45V and it is really hard to open the keyboard pannel
