How to download movies and apps on my samsung galaxy s5

I have a 32 gb sd card but for some reason when I down load it all goes to my internal storage. How can I fix this?

This depends on how you are downloading and from where. If you connect the phone to a computer you should see both the phone storage and the card storage to copy things to. If you are talking about something like purchased movies and music, you need to change the default storage options in the app or the phone for the media player used.
