Solved! How to download MP3 versions of Podcasts?

I just got a swim MP3 player that only accepts MP3 or WMA. I was wondering how to download Podcasts in those formats so I can listen to them on this MP3 player?

If the podcast isn't available for download in mp3 or wma then you can convert them to mp3 with iTunes, DB Poweramp, or VLC. Google for exact instructions.
