how to enable the scroll on touchpad on windows 7?

I couldn't figure out how to enable screen scroll using my laptop, windows 7.
I got to the Mouse properties via the Control Panel but there isn't anything on those tabs to enable scrolling or to set any settings for the touchpad....only for the Mouse.

You should find a setting for it in the synaptics software.
