how to exit aptio set up utility samsung windows 8

when i open my laptop samsung windows 8 it will apear aptio utility setup. i cant exit, how do i exit this set up. thanks

If its in startup remove it

When I switch off the pc and then switch it back on is the same. I can' get rid of it
