How to factory reset

My Galaxy 6 has been disconnected for like a yr . I want to connect it again but I don't remember any of my Google info. I did a Master reset but now it's asking me to put my last Gmail n password . I have no idea what it was. It's locked it doesn't let me go anywhere else on the phone. No settings NOTHING! PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW CAN I DO A ALL AROUND RESET ON EVERYTHING??? ALL DATA EVERYTHING

It's asking me for my email and password. I don't remember either of them
