How to find out if I've got HDMI in my laptop

If got an HP laptop and would like to know whether I can connect to my TV through HDMI?

Usually we see people asking to conenct a coaxial tv cable to an HDMI port...which is a lil silly after they have asked what an HDMI port can do.
