He's thanking for the advice in earlier posts, stephen robert but it's a fortnight ago so he may have found his by now. Even if location is turned off, the Service Provider can tell which mast it connected to and narrow a search down a little.

Most folks have location set to off to avoid being shadowed by Google everywhere they go.

Yah! I agree With You But in some cases it is possible
