My phone was working it had a little crack on the screen until I let my sister hold while I was playing basketball. She dropped it to catch the ball and now I can't see anything on my phone but I can still feel vibration when I get a notification.

Sounds like it's just a broken screen. If your phone is still otherwise functional, the simple fix is to just get the screen replaced. Although, in some cases, it may be cheaper to replace the whole phone than it would be to replace the screen.
