How to fix a tv with no picture

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Theater Widescreen HDTV, serial no. 66Z00127. I hear the sound but I have no picture. It's just black. Can anybody help?

i am having the same problem with my tv, have u had any help with that?

If this is a new unit contact Toshiba. If its an older one that was working before - check your menu settings. Some clown may have turned off the video or adjusted the settings to make it black.
