Question How to fix Blue snowball

So my snowball worked fine just yesterday but since today it doesnt pick up any sound unless i get like rly close(like touch it with my lips) and shout only then discord shows it picked up smth(but it is rly quite(cant hear it)). i tested it on another computer deleted and re-installed drivers and deactivated and deleted them
multiple times, still doesnt work. Do i have to buy a new one?

When you tested them on another computer, did they work there? If not contact support if they are in warranty, check that first before just buying a new one.
