The breaker flipped during a storm. Now it wont turn on. Everything else is working. Sattelite and wifi. All of it. Its just the tv

Depending on your electronic skills, and house / health / life insurance: You might open the box, do a couple of measurements, check for seemingly damaged boards, then replace them. If you're lucky, you might be able to find service / repair manual for your TV.

Or find a service shop in your area, and bring your TV there.
