How to fix Laptop unable to start but the power button lights up while bettary is full or AC adapter is connected?

Hello everyone

I recently have a problem with my laptop. It's sonny and the problem is, the power is off automatically while my AC adapter is being connected and when I tried to start again, the power button lights up but the laptop cannot start and it tries to start by itself again and again but cannot start. But the next day I tried and it starts up without any problem. But on the next day while I was using the problem rises up again but again it works again. So this keeps happening and I have no idea what is the problem and how to fix it.

Can anyone please help me! I don't know is it window 7 problem. Do I have to reinstall window 7?
