My phone works perfectly but when someone tries to ring me it won't come up help please!!

First reboot it and make sure you have it updated to the latest IOS. If that does not work, contact your service provider. Does not sound much like it's working perfectly, I mean if a phone won't work when people try to call you, that's not much of a working phone.
