If you are sending a laptop by mail, it has to be in a box with some kind of foam(form fitting, not packing foam chips unless it is in a antistatic bag) to protect the unit.

If you or someone stuck a stamp on the screen and wish to remove it, a slightly damp warm soft cloth should remove the glue, do not press too hard.
