How to fix sony xperia tipo XPERIA screen?

I starded my phone but the XPERIA screen stays there! Please help me!! If you awnser then thank you!

Try removing the battery to reset it. If that does not work you can try to do a factory reset, directions are here http://www.mobicpc.com/how-to-hard-reset-sony-xperia-tipo-dual-to-factory-default-setting.html

You'll lose anything you did not have backup up that is not on a SD card.

If that does not work, the hardware is probably bad and you need to replace the phone.
