how to fix system and video bios shadowed

my laptop took about 10 min to restart after my bios shadowed

- If it doesn't work, do try to set BIOS to its default.

thanks for replying

i do all that nothing happens

after the laptop reboot it is very well, but my problem is the restarting 15 minutes minimum
