Solved! how to fix the laptop when it crashes

My hp laptop can not switch on anymore. When switching on the lights on the side comes on but will go off for seconds and the whole laptop can not be switched on. Can someone help me to fix my laptop. I tried charging it many times. Even though the battery life is full.

Have you tried pulling the battery out while unplugged. I would try that, pull it out for a few mins and then plug in the power cord, no battery and see if it will turn on then. If not reinstall the battery and try again
